Think Global, Act Local
If nothing else, the Covid pandemic has taught us it is essential to be involved on the local level while keeping an eye on the larger, global level. It is essential we all become engaged citizens, attend school board meetings, town council meetings, planning board meetings and shape our communities into the places we want to live our lives and raise our families.
It is also critical we shift our buying habits to bring the local merchant into clear focus. Our local merchants help build and support our communities. We need to creatively re-knit the fabric between ourselves and our local merchants to strengthen our communities.
